Refunds and Returns Policy

At Bio Vital Supplements, we are committed to providing high-quality supplements and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health regulations, all returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.

1. 30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The product must have been purchased directly from our website
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
  • Opened and partially used products may still qualify for a return or refund, provided they do not show signs of excessive use, tampering, abuse, or intentional damage

Bio Vital Supplements reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet these requirements.

2. Opened & Used Products

We understand that customers may need to open and try a supplement product before determining whether it is suitable for them.

Opened and partially used products are eligible for return or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product was purchased directly from our website
  • The product does not show signs of excessive consumption, tampering, abuse, or misuse
  • The return request otherwise complies with this policy

Products that are intentionally damaged, excessively consumed beyond reasonable trial use, or otherwise abused may not qualify for a refund or return.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in the claim being denied.

Approved claims may receive:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund at our discretion

4. Return Authorization Required

All returns must receive prior authorization from our support team. Returns sent without an approved Return Authorization (RA) may be refused or discarded and will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Bio Vital Supplements is not responsible for lost return shipments. Returns lost in transit cannot be refunded.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the returned item does not meet our return requirements, the refund may be denied.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled.

If the order has already shipped, the customer must follow the standard return procedure.

8. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of a package:

  • The customer will be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees
  • These costs may be deducted from the refund amount

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of tampering, intentional damage, abuse, or excessive use
  • Gift cards
  • Promotional or free items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Bio Vital Supplements customer support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Permanent account restrictions
  • Refusal of future orders
  • Submission of order documentation, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance to the payment processor

We actively contest fraudulent chargebacks.

11. Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Excessive refund requests
  • Repeated claims of damaged or missing items
  • Attempts to abuse the opened-product return policy
  • Returning products showing signs of tampering, intentional damage, or excessive use
  • Chargeback abuse

Customers found abusing this policy may have future orders cancelled or refused.
